@1988RudeBoi
I am. I’ve been working out about 2h a day, 4 days a week for like 2 month and I don’t see any improvements. I guess ”thisaintjay” is right, my alimentation might be the problem.

@dakidsbac hes been one of the most responsible weight lifting uploaders ive seen. By lifting a SMALL amount hes showing to all the beginners that heavy weights are not the way to start out, thus minimising any potetial injury. I admire the guy for it.

@RachelFuryRocks search for “my transformation” a perfect example of someone who stops making excuses and gains the rewards from dedication and hard work. Dont complain if you aint willing to work.

Showing an exercise isn’t the same as training on a daily basis. If I was to show a fella how to squat I wouldn’t put on the weight I was normally training with.

@RachelFuryRocks eat more, you can do it just stop making excuses and stuff your face. 6 meals a day, load up on the cals. People have done it before.

GO TO A DOCTOR!
… well if you’re 16 go to your school nurse, and work from there. Talk to them and possibly your gym teacher.
The goal is to cause soreness in the muscle, not in the joint. When your joints become damaged you have to have surgery to fix it, when your muscles get sore your body makes the muscle bigger.
