    This is a very sensible comment. Your body’s looking good and could look great in a few years. Don’t overdo the weights and training and train all over. If you do want any advice, go to a gym rather than take any notice of comments on YouTube (and that includes mine).

    Actually, the comment I was replying to was made about a month ago, and I only read it yesterday, so I’m clearly not dwelling on it. I only hoped that maybe instead of jumping down someone’s throat, because they pointed out that you were wrong, that maybe you’d have the HUMILITY to admit your mistake, and stop talking like you know everything. Because honestly, your second last comment really made you look ignorant. Not something you would expect a mature individual to say.

    No, really. The “burn” is lactic acid buildup in your muscles. Which doesn’t actually build shit. In fact, it pretty much only hinders the building process. I bet you still think that muscle grows from getting little tears in the fibers, too, dontcha? Also wrong. Muscle fatigue causes your body to build. Not tearing, not burning. And muscle fatigue is when you actually can’t lift the weight anymore. Way to go, sounding like an Idiot twice.
