Who we are

We're just a couple of city slickers who moved to Colorado in 1998.

Prior to that, our careers provided us with the opportunity to savor and enjoy gourmet foods. Living here we discovered that by growing and cooking with our own vegetables & herbs that our meals were fast becoming gourmet in quality and taste. That's when we realized that our home grown garlic was outstanding.

So we decided to share our find with you.

With that in mind we started the Rocky Mountain High Garlic Farm.

The Rocky Mountain High Garlic Farm's goal is to bring high quality gourmet mountain grown garlic to you. Our garlic is grown in specially constructed raised beds and is harvested in Western Colorado at an altitude of 6500'. We use our homemade compost with no additives, and irrigate with our pure mountain well water. Colorado's cold winter, hot days and cool nights throughout the spring and summer will produce several varieties with distinctive flavors.

It's the end of a cold and wet winter. Now we wait for those glorious bulbs to develop into what we feel is the best tasting gourmet garlic in the west.

The flavors of our garlics are so outstanding that we are confident that once you taste our Colorado mountain high gourmet garlic you will add them to your list of must have cooking ingredients.
