What would be a good exercise routine for someone like me?

I would like to loose some weight but have issues with exericise. I hate cardio workouts such as running (including sprints), jogging, step aerobics, etc. I like to bikeride occasionally and I do sometimes like hiking, but don’t always have the time to do it. However, if I don’t exercise, it’s really hard to loose weight.

What would an example of a good exercise routine be for someone like me who has limited time for it and hates things like running?

    use weights to loose weights,
    that might be more exciting
    also
use routines that concentrate on your muscles
for ex instead of using hammer curls, use concentration curls to work on your biceps
    also try like step classes
which is when you go crazy and like running around doing different exercises that are really useful and are tiring, lots of ppl lose weight like that
    good luck

do some crunches every day and it only takes a few minutes of your time:)

Losing weight is about burning more calories than you eat in a day. So you need to eat the right amount of healthy foods. Then any kind of physical acitivity will help you lose weight.

A good weight lifting routine would be excellent. Lifting weights has the added benefit of boosting your metabolism, as well as ensuring that any weight lost is fat not muscle.

Here’s a good routine. It’s also time efficient, it’s 3 days a week, and 3 exercises a day. It’s one of the best lifting routines for someone who’s never lifted seriously before. Review proper technique for all lifts first.

Alternatively find a sport you enjoy. It can be anything as long as it’s plenty of activity (So perhaps not baseball or bowling).
