    When she’s doing the side lunge reach things, he says it will take the “side pudge off.” Not it won’t. He’s referring to spot training, which is not something that happens. You cant just loose weight in on specific area of your body. If weight loss is the goal, it will happen gradually over your whole body. That’s like saying a bunch of crunches will make you loose the fat covering your abs. No the won’t. Clean nutrition and fitness will do that.
