Pre-Workout Warm Up Exercise Routine

www.LeeHayward.com This is the warm up exercise routine that I go through before each workout. This will get the blood flowing and prepare your body for your weight training workout. Great for preventing injury and warming up sore muscles.

    i always hit the eliptical before i do my actual work out,i always knew it get my heart pumping PLUS the simultaneous hand movements i think are a good work out for a boxer..

    I do something pretty similar , i use rower and or crosstrainer followed by some arm circles , and usually some 15-20 rep sets of whatever muscle im gonna work.

    Wow! I knew something was wrong near my shoulder but I didn’t think it was my rotater cuffs. They would ache sometimes.

    what if i were doing say squats for 3 sets of 5, how many warm up sets should i do before i start the actually 3 sets and how much weight should i use
