		<description>It is difficult but fun.  I love to lift. I do uw lifting to try and increase my ability to hold my breath under extreme stress.  This so I can try and stay under longer in my escapes.  Being an escape artist &amp; jumping into a pool with 55 pounds of chains and shackles is very stressful.  It&#039;s hard to hold your breath in those situations.  You need to try &amp; be calm and learn to conserve as much O2 as possible so you have enough time to escape.  These exercises are designed 2 increase my bh time</description>
