My comments are that you cannot do any of these exercises + cardio unless you’ve assessed your client. Poor form and forward head carriage on all exercises. And emphasis on quads vs. posterior leg muscles for female should be discussed. Where is your corrective exercise program and corrective stretching? I love how you waste the clients time doing cardio, if the strength exercises were exectuted properly their heart rate would be up (and you wouldn’t do any cardio at all!).

Other comments are correct, that’s the worst pushup form I’ve ever seen from an instructor. Keep your butt down, the backs of the legs and the spine should form a straight line.

Bad idea on single leg squat. Already the whole exercise world has gone mad with too much emphasis on the quads. This is especially bad for women. Don’t do it!!!
