this really works. never try never knows. NOTICE! never rush your circuits! it is bad for your back if you rush them. breathing technique is important as well!

  5. slydragon Says:

LOL! in fact training wise you are not recomended to do the whole body in 1 day. should focus. for example today train abs tomorrow train back next day train chest. so you’re going to train everyday!

  6. teddy00b Says:

yea!….sure thing i will go for the soya bean thing right from tomorrow! :)

  7. teddy00b Says:

i owe you a favor!!! :) ….will keep updating you how its helping!:) i do this every day or like 2 times a week??

  8. slydragon Says:

but there are protein extract from soy bean and egg white. you can go for the soy bean i guess.

  9. teddy00b Says:

thanks man!!! you are my first instructor!…lolz!!….i already tried two just now the first one and the third one!!…i tried them after i did a body weight circuit training thingy!….so i sweat like a pig already!! :P !

yes 50 times each exercise. in fact you don’t have to do everything shown there. do which ever you feel comfortable. but definately you have to work on upper and lower abs. so is at least 2 different kind of exercise.
being a vegetarian quite difficult. what i used to do is i have around 5-6 meals a day. do not have to eat so much each meal but eat at more intervals. drink more soya bean lor. thats what i did. i’m not sure whether supplements is suitable for vegetarian or not.

  11. teddy00b Says:

and i’d be too demanding if i ask this…but i got no other choice… am a vegetarian….can you tell me anything about the diet?? :P

  12. teddy00b Says:

50 times each exercise??? :( and that was a quick reply :) thank you so very much…..also about that last exercise you showed..am working out at home you have any alternatives for that ?? :D !

  13. slydragon Says:

do 10 non stop in a row.
then rest yourself for a minute or so.
do again 10 in a row.
    10 in a row for 5 times.
meaning that you got to do 50 times.

  14. teddy00b Says:

am kinda bad at understanding when you say 10 reps and 5 sets! :( i never done any exercises before! can you help!!

  15. mbg182 Says:

  17. slydragon Says:

did you learned this from my video?

  18. secureothers50 Says:

these are darn effictive i have been using for 3 weeks and ,wow good stuff.

  19. slydragon Says:

it depends on the weight i’m working on.
if you want me to suggest reps for this circuit training i would suggest 10 reps for 5 sets.

  20. victorsahdala Says:

Can you detail how many reps of each exercise you recommend??

  21. slydragon Says:

yes! you don’t need any complex machines for abs.
its all about diet and commitment to do the circuits.

  22. guitarguy93 Says:

Im doing something like this twice a day. These kinds of workouts, with little or no equipment, in my opinion, work better than the expensive machines. Thanks!

  23. slydragon Says:

    haha sure! you’re welcome.
    lets all be fit together.
