    Diet-Diet-Diet.

If you are looking to lose fat then you have to watch what you put in your mouth. A great beginner site to teach you the basics is http://www.bodyforlife.com. 80% of bodybuilding is proper diet and proper rest.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is the best fat-burner out there, and it’s easy. Here’s how it works: After warm-up and stretch, do a 30-second sprint followed by 60-90 seconds of slow jogging or brisk walking. That’s one set. Do 5 sets, rest for 2 minutes, do 5 more sets, rest for 2 minutes, then do 5 more sets and cool down.
