Hello, I was wondering if someone could name some good cardio workouts I can do at home, without machines.
Also Id like to mention that I have some spinal issues, so nothing extreme, I just need something that will help me loose alot of Stomach Fat that I have the ability to participate in, thanks any help would be great~
Also, No pills or medication, and I have trouble leaving my home for running due to my neighborhood.

Targetted weight loss is quite hard, many people would state impossible, nevertheless the one method that clearly delivered for me is green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I worked off thrity pounds, it clearly does produce success!

A variety of cardio doesnt realy exist… you can run back and forth throughout your house , up and down stairs or go Outside and go for a nice run around the block.. aside from that nothing. good luck

Jump rope works, running in place but making sure that your thighs run along parallel to the ground is also a good one. Swimming at home is a good idea, then there’s treadmills of course. Cardio is anything that increases your heart rate. So if that means taking a hammer and hitting a wall, go for it.

How about next time you have an extra 10-15 bucks go to WalMArt or Target and pick up a video? I really like WALK AWAY THE POUNDS by Leslie Sansone….it can be modified as a matter of fact Leslie has one of her trainees do a modified version for people who need it.She has a one mile, a three mile and a 5 mile walk..basically you walk in place while incorporating other activities like lunges and arm exercises to keep it interesting. I hope you try this out..it is very low impact and very succesful if you keep it up. GOOD LUCK!
