Does BodyBuilding & Workout increase the Heart Attack risk?

i workout trice a week ,everyother day,i hate suppliment pills and i dont take them,my meals are fine.i was wondering is bodybuilding bring problems if i go on like this?

    you should be okay if you stay away from supplements. It should make you healthier in the long run.

    I had a heart attack at 24 from supplements. I came to the conclusion becase all the Docs I’ve seen have no answer for why I had a heart attack (three clots from an injured artery).

    No its helps the heart because its called ‘exercise’

    No, lifting weights builds muscles and muscles replace fat that could clog your arteries. If anything it’s probably helping to prevent a possible heart attack.
