    Too much swaying. I know some people say it doesn’t matter, but it can causes injuries and unwarranted strain.

    Front Raises- wayyy too much swinging and using momentum and you could be going higher as well.
    Side raises- your elbow should be higher then your wrist to fully hit the front delt.
    Bent Over- better done seated to avoid cheating, which your doing again…
    upright rows- better form could be in order by keeping the weight underneath your elbows…

    atleast you did shoulder press alright.

    killer workout vince. just tried this and was barely able to do the shoulder press in the 2nd and 3rd set even though only using 10 pounds each. you’re the man.

    Nonsense. Cheating? Even the greatest Olympic athletes get more reps in with momentum and you are going by what standard? It is a great deltoids burner any way you cut it. This guy has very good endurance.
