I don’t have much healthy food at my disposal, I have seseme seed crackers, bran cereal, eggs, fruit, whey protein, milk and cheese. Plus I have lean meats for tea along with veges, Is this enough for a serious bodybuilding diet?

Forget about fad diets. Start forming and eating habit that is good for the way your body digest food.
When we are young we are more active. (how many times have you heard that) But it is true. This being a fact set all eating habits to this fact. Im 51 w/diabetes! 6months ago I was 298lbs. I made my mind up, I was not going to go to that 300 mark.
Did a lot of studying and found that all that we put in our bodies is just like playing with a chemistry set. Mix a little of that and we get this.
Remember three compositions. Protein, complex carbo’s and simple carbo’s. Then try to understand how a car feeds gas into a motor. If the fuel is rich it means your putting too much fuel into the carb for the amount of Oxygen it is trying to mix so as to get the maximum burn. (burn up all the fuel)
When we eat to many carbs and the body can not break them down they get flushed or stored.(or combo) If you eat mostly protein when you have a lot of fat(body weight) the fat will unlock and supply the body with the fuel to mix with the protein. It will take the pounds and inches off.
Drinking Tea and water with mild exercise will also aid in supplying the body with another part of the mix. (Oxygen)
Stay away from Salt and sugar. If Ants will not eat it what makes you think we should.
Protein is the high octain fuel, the carbs are like regular gas with oil in it and water with exercise is the oxygen needed to turn the food in to burn enstead of storage.
Remember one very important thing. YOU HAVE TO HAVE 40 CARBS IN EACH MEAL!!!! If you do not do the 40 carb thing you can burn your kidneys up. Ketosis
Get in a habit of eating small snack type meals (including all you food groups) five times a day. This will shrink you stomach and allow the food you do eat time to digest well. The bowels will prove this by more frequent movements. It is then you will know it is working.

A serious body builder needs to eat an insane amount of protein, as much protein to calorie ratio is basically what you should be eating.

like the other poster said you need more protein like 1.4-1.7 grams per per kilogram of body weight.

Whey protein is gonna be your best friend,
make sure you drink about 3 shakes a day with milk
Now youll need 3 more meals throughout the day.
Vegetables are good
but youll need some good meat.
Chicken Fish Tuna and Turkey are all the best.
The cereal, idk how much that help, along with the crackers…
Fruit is good
Eggs are great,
Egg whites have a 60-1 protein to cal ratio so i hear
which is why there most bodybuilders favorite tool
Pastas will be good to keep your carbs up when you start getting tired at the end of your week..
Get a MULTIVITAMIN
and dont forget WATER, its a very important for bodybuilders… actually its important for everyone ..!
Really, doing a little research goes a long way, even if you dont have that money to spend on health foods, if you learn whats out there you can take your money a lot further.
