    the v-shape is genetic. It usually happens when your in good shape, and do cardio excersices. I suggest running, basketball, or any sport, and lifting weights.

    although these are great workouts, 10-12 reps max and if you can do more add wieght if you truely want a six pack

    If you do crunchers with a medicine ball like that you’re just using momentum to perform the movement. Your abs won’t be under tension the entire time. Keep the weight behind your head and limit your range of motion.
