This is a great abdominal exercise to throw into your core conditioning or to use on your road to a six pack. It is one of the beginner exercises in our core program you can download at our site for free. We took this video in mazatlan mexico in response to one of our clients questions.     nice, I use the same moves for my abs. It’s diffidently better to do them with the nice view of the beach :)
