    You cannot burn or remove “belly fat”, as you do not decide wich part of your body loses fat.
    Cardiovascual exercices (such as running/swimming) are your best bet, minimum of 30mins a day.

    won’t do anything unless you do 20 minutes of cardio a day with it try bicycles if u find crunches to easy or do more sets of crunches

    I fing doing floor exercises to work abs EXTREMLEY boring..so i get tired of doing them because it seems to do nothing for me….any tips anyone??

    However many you can do right. If you ever start messing up, or your not using proper form, than its probably time to stop.

    that is not true. she is doing the exercise correctly. & also, just because you don’t think it works doesn’t mean it does not. the fact is, that if you do it daily, the fat will position itself more closely (denser) together, & in a different shape, therefore making you smaller in the long run. this is an old comment but seriously, get over yourself & get some real training & not the crap from other people that just want more yes people to make themselves feel better like they know something!
