You cannot burn or remove “belly fat”, as you do not decide wich part of your body loses fat.
Cardiovascual exercices (such as running/swimming) are your best bet, minimum of 30mins a day.

won’t do anything unless you do 20 minutes of cardio a day with it try bicycles if u find crunches to easy or do more sets of crunches

that is not true. she is doing the exercise correctly. & also, just because you don’t think it works doesn’t mean it does not. the fact is, that if you do it daily, the fat will position itself more closely (denser) together, & in a different shape, therefore making you smaller in the long run. this is an old comment but seriously, get over yourself & get some real training & not the crap from other people that just want more yes people to make themselves feel better like they know something!
