Exactly! I feel so bare! That, believe it or not, is one of the main reasons I started working out my quads! At least that will attract the ‘right’ kind of attention..

Thanks that was helpful.

Yeah I know and then people see my pale legs and laugh! But they won’t be laughing when I’m 80 and still have a six pack! MOOHAHAHA!

I think the most akward part of core exercises at the gym is having your shorts fall down! IT PISSES ME OFF!

doing crunches or any ab excercise will not help you take weight of your stomach. to be honest if your stomach is still fat then you do not have 7% body fat.
best bet is to just change your diet, get of bread, sugar all that stuff, excercise daily, stationairy bike high intensity, jogging, skipping, swimming (you get the picture) and you should burn of the fat. remember you can never spot reduce fat, sometimes last place it comes of is stomach unfortunatley.

your not 7 percent body fat .

@coolillboi hey no problem. i just hope it helps. whatever u do dont drink whole milk worst thing u can do when ur trying to work on ur abs. also one more thing everyone is different and so some ppl might not get the model abs but still have strong abs. so keep that in mind if after awhile u havent seen the results u want.
January 24th, 2010 at 4:11 am
u can ask any trainer it really can become strong. the fat in ur abs is different from the rest of ur body. if ur a person that has a belly or is over weight every trainer tells then not to do any ab workouts. just cardio until there down into a good weight then start to do the abs. is not a joke. i wouldnt joke like that. @coolillboi if u can drink try drinking 2 percent milk i think its better then skin milk and alot better then whole milk when ur trying to get abs lol

@punkrocker0009 dude wtf r u talkin about!? ull make the fat strong??? is that a joke?. k first off working out is excercise, burning calories. working out builds muscle, muscle burns calories. so more working out the better off u r. but u will c better results incorporating cardio into ur workout. but strong fat… cmon

@punkrocker0009
thanks man

u should also do cardio. cuz if u just work out ur bad the thing is ull make the fat strong and harder to burn off, with ab workouts, so try to do alittle bit of cardio before and once ur warm up. do ur ab workout. but everytime do u try to change it up a bit to shock the muscle, and remember so see results sometimes it takes up to 6 months, i know its hard but it worth it. i hope this helps man.

my body fat is %7 but my stomach is fat. do i still need to do cardio or should i keep doing ab exercises. i’ve been working out abs but still no significant results. what should i do?
January 24th, 2010 at 8:15 am
How i achieved my perfect abs;
tredmill-30mins on a mixture of sprints and fast jogging.
10 sets of ab exercises (10 in a set)
and 40 push-ups (2 sets of 20)
and last but not least EAT HEALTHY!!! but the worst thing you could do is starve yourself,you need calories to lose weight.
Trust me guys if you stick to my workout you will have ripped abs and a lean waist
i would recommend going to the gym 3-5 times a week for at least a month then youll see results, Trust Me.

Everyone to get perfect abs u cant just do this……
the only way to get perfect abs is too lose weight.
80% of getting firm strong abs is to do cardio work, and 20% is to do ab exercises.
remember u have to have less than 10% body fat to atleast see an abdominal muscle,so what im saying is, weight loss is the key.

It’s funny how people think they can get great abs form JUST ab workouts, YOU NEED to loose your fat aswell!

when i do tthis exercise i feel that burning sensation when you do any exercise in my thighs, not my lower abs…
am i doing it wrong or does it also target the thighs as well??
January 24th, 2010 at 11:46 am
search Chris Comfort abs routine 2 for lower abs. his exercises really hit the abs hard. I’ve been doing it for 2 months and my lower abs are halfway there.
January 24th, 2010 at 12:25 pm
does it work?
January 24th, 2010 at 1:21 pm
shit really works just done it for like no even 5 minutes and my abs are on fire……. great new exercise to add to my routine thanks
January 24th, 2010 at 2:18 pm
Thats normal and happens with this exercise you’ll get used to it. Try running to train up the legs more. Upper body movement only gets the top 4 of the 6pack happening you need legs lifts for the bottom 2 the hardest 2 because of your waste never really moving so yeh leg lifts

Its all about form my man. I would reccomend try laying flat on your back, and make a diamond shape with both of your hands just barely above the your crack, and pretty much put your legs together and point your toes when you raise them, and tighten your stomach muscles as you raise your legs and let them come down about 4 inches from the floor. That should get your abs burining like crazy.
