watch what you eat, do not drink sodas etc…, drink water, tea without sugar, do cardio (fast walking, dancing, jogging, swimming) and these exercises and you will achieve your goal.

Yes, it works on lower abs too, although there are better exercises for lower abs (for example “stomach exercises for women-6 pack workout” on our channel). Fatty tissue takes more space than muscles, so if fat is transformed into muscles this means less inches. If you want to lose weight (and fat ) it is best to perform cardio workout (jogging,dancing, fast walking, swimming etc.) and combine that with toning exercises such as this one. Proper nutrition is essential part of losing weight too.
You say for well toned ads, one has to work all muscles – upper lower middle and sides………. Ok, to accurately target these areas, can you tell me the best ab exercises for these specific areas and do you have the videos?
There are exercises that are advanced and are harder to perform and there are others that are a bit easier… However, one can always use ankle weights and add additional weight, and then even the easiest exercise will becomes a hard one
Basically, there are so many ab exercises with a reason. They impact different parts of abdominal muscles (lower, middle, upper and side abdominals). If one wants to have nicely toned stomach, one must work on all those muscles.
