		<description>Yeah, you&#039;re supposed to consume around 2200 or 1200 calories a day. 5 small meals will actually boost your metabolism. And yes, running is one of the best ways to work out. If you&#039;re doing ab workouts with no form of cardio, it&#039;s almost pointless. Do both. Just don&#039;t deprive from food. Cut down from junk food, but don&#039;t starve. You&#039;ll get fatter when you do start eating again.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I read a book on protein</description>
