Yeah, you’re supposed to consume around 2200 or 1200 calories a day. 5 small meals will actually boost your metabolism. And yes, running is one of the best ways to work out. If you’re doing ab workouts with no form of cardio, it’s almost pointless. Do both. Just don’t deprive from food. Cut down from junk food, but don’t starve. You’ll get fatter when you do start eating again.
